Pinax

Pinax provides Firehose, Substreams, and JSON-RPC endpoints for Linea Mainnet and Linea Sepolia. Pinax maintains the open source Firehose and Substreams stack alongside StreamingFast, and operates its own nodes for both networks.

Stream blocks with Firehose

Firehose streams full blocks over gRPC, including transactions, receipts, logs, call traces, and balance changes. Use it when an application needs the complete block payload rather than the subset a JSON-RPC node returns, or when it needs to process history faster than sequential RPC calls allow.

Linea Sepolialineasepolia.firehose.pinax.network:443

Authenticate by passing an API key in the X-Api-Key header.

Transform blocks with Substreams

Substreams is a parallel indexing engine that runs on top of Firehose. Write modules in Rust, package them as an .spkg file, and run them on Pinax servers to transform raw blocks into the data model an application needs. Output can be written to PostgreSQL or ClickHouse, served over a stream, or consumed by a Graph Node as a subgraph data source.

Linea Mainnetlinea.substreams.pinax.network:443
Linea Sepolialineasepolia.substreams.pinax.network:443

Set the API key in SUBSTREAMS_API_KEY before running the Substreams CLI.

Query state with RPC

Pinax RPC serves standard Ethereum JSON-RPC 2.0 from archive nodes, so historical state is queryable at any block rather than only at recent ones.
