Pinax maintains the open source Firehose and Substreams stack alongside StreamingFast, and operates its own nodes for both networks. ## Stream blocks with Firehose [Firehose](https://app.pinax.network/docs/firehose) streams full blocks over gRPC, including transactions, receipts, logs, call traces, and balance changes. Use it when an application needs the complete block payload rather than the subset a JSON-RPC node returns, or when it needs to process history faster than sequential RPC calls allow. | Network | Endpoint | | --- | --- | | Linea Mainnet | `linea.firehose.pinax.network:443` | | Linea Sepolia | `lineasepolia.firehose.pinax.network:443` | Authenticate by passing an API key in the `X-Api-Key` header. ## Transform blocks with Substreams [Substreams](https://app.pinax.network/docs/substreams) is a parallel indexing engine that runs on top of Firehose. Write modules in Rust, package them as an `.spkg` file, and run them on Pinax servers to transform raw blocks into the data model an application needs.
